The Hellenic Navy has sufficient ships and coastal craft to deal with migrant boats. Seize the boats by force, tow or sail them back to Turkish shores, get everyone off, then sink them with naval gunfire.

All that is lacking is the political will.

And it seems very clear that the *people* of Greece have the political will to deal with this problem. It's just that the politicians aren't willing or able to represent the people.

idk what you've been watching, but that is what the greek navy has been doing
