High speed rail network
Our railways aren't suitable for a high speed train if you mean one like the bullet train
They're too windy for that kind of thing

UK railways are largely 150-175 years old, they're unsuitable for hi-speed rail, and our huge population density means building new rail lines is extortionately expensive
Best they can do is make the rail we have got fit for purpose, and on time

I find this beautiful considering its against convention to not give the speaker a peerage
Any reason to deny Bercow a peerage is a good reason
