oh boy
Just the power that was behind that shot
This is basically a bad touch for a goalkeeper. Suarez could have a bad touch this game and the worst thing that happens could be he loses possession or gives away a throw in and everyone forgets about it in 10 seconds.
I started a gym membership a couple days ago, i'm really happy
I did power cleans and squat press abd bench press and my legs got completely shot, they're super sore. I can't wait to stop being fat and get swole
@Ruggwain
Your body can operate on one of two 'fuel modes', kind of like flex-fuel for your body.
One is glucose, the other is ketones.
Carbohydrates get converted to glucose, and burn very quickly while the excess calories get stored as fat for 'emergency use'
Ketones are used in 'ketosis', after the body has burned all the glucose available and switches over to your body fat reserves.
So when in this 'mode', you can actually burn body fat through caloric restriction forcing the body to find stored fat, as well as use what you've eaten. Fats are burned much more slowly and don't case an insulin response. It's quite literally a treatment for type 1 diabetes because of how well it does this.
Because of the slower 'burn', the higher energy density, and the lack of an insulin response, you end up eating less and feeling more full for longer.
Average Keto diet ratio is about 15% carbs or less of your daily intake (this includes greens and fiber), and a 4:3 ratio of fat to protein.
Adjust as needed for how your lifestyle is.
@meratrix @Fulcrum010 HAHAHAHA
