During military service if you are issued a weapon than you walk around with it, with or without uniform. I guess you could conceal your gun if you wanted to, but it's an assault rifle so good luck with that.... and people in Israel are used to seeing people with assault rifles anyway

What I said only applies to soldiers, and only if they have been issued a gun (which is not the case for most of them), and you can't shoot it anyway
