last i heard bully huters is already offline
I would have enjoyed to watch their "elite" gaymergrillz get obliterated by l33t haxx0rs. Or just your average CS player. <:pepe_smug:378719408341909506>
but hey, they got their _conversation_ started (no matter if they have to keep it on life-support), it's already framed as a win for social justice in gaming.
it wasnt about social justice
it was about selling headphones to dumbies
obviously, but not when you're a _games_ _journalist_, then everything is about social justice, bigot.
"It was about starting a conversation."

I absolutely have to make this an empire
oy
vey
is Mass Effect 2 worth playing in 2018? I've never played any Mass Effect title
@obrallaghan
Tbh? I tried the first and the second and they are quite mediocre
Mass effect is always worth playing I don't care what anyone says.
Except Andromeda, fuck that game
^
The controls for the first one are shit. Still, it is a decent story despite the disappointment that was ME3.
like all Bioware games post Baldur's Gate 2, it's mediocre, but not entirely unworthy of a playthrough.
can't speak for Andromeda, but it looks like it's the worst parts of Mass Effect series, with very little of the "good"
i had the launcher stuck open lol
lol
So what game is that..
..
..star.. game..
..
anyway?
Stellaris?
Space Nazi Simulator
Paradox Interactive brand Grand Strategy with a 4X twist.
Wonder if it's possible to roleplay as the Ur-Quan Kzer-Za
Or have some sort of co-op mode where another player roleplays as the Ur-Quan Kohr-Ah on the other side of the universe
```The Kzer-Za follow the Path of Now and Forever. This doctrine states that they must seek out all sentient life and offer them a choice: imprisonment or enslavement. The Kzer-Za are aware that this way of life may be incorrect and so they willingly participate in the Doctrinal Conflict with the Kohr-Ah.```
Enslavement is definitely possible. "Imprisonment" takes some late game tech, and a lot of time.
and there are a ton of mods, to shake things up, so if it isn't possible in vanilla, a mod might cover your wishes
Ironically, talking about this makes me want to go play Star Control again, too
And you can still get it for free here:
huh, I thought 2017's Prey was just a reboot of the 2006 game (which in turn was a reboot of the game originally announced around the same time as Quake)
Completely overlooked it last year
But I'm seeing people liken it to System Shock 2
So nowwwwwwwwww I'mma have to go take a ***much*** closer look
smh
