you know that moment you buy a nice car, but then realize it's shocks are absolute crap on gravel and you work on a farm
then around month 3 you realize they didn't properly pad the seats.. yep that's my buyers remorse on arma 3 early. had to buy a crapload of hardware to run it(edited)
The game is awesome, but the the bugs are just too much sometimes
I missed a lot, going from the original Operation Flashpoint (spent more time in the editor than the game I think) then to Arma 4
i found out they throttled my processor on my old rig by a lot

when half the optimizations done to your game was due to open source modders and coders, you know the dev team didn't put much work in XD
