I mean, I did think that the fantasy city of Harran was a pretty cool idea, how it was this vague quasi-Mediterranean or South American country where there were people of all cultures and American southerners in the rural areas. In a way it allowed for a variety of characters that wouldn't really work if they used a real city. But it's not like care if they want to do something a little more realistic, that doesn't sound like a bad idea to me. I just care if the gameplay is an improvement from before. I didn't mind the story though it seems like some people had gripes with it, but if they want to actually make a story for DL2 that has some substance than hey sounds great.
well, DL story suffered from trying to recrate Far Cry 3
yeah it did have that feeling to it
And that fucking scene where Rais is screaming 'Craaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaane!' like William fuckin' Shatner was just hilarious
I thought it was alright, I don't know I wasn't too concerned about the story
lol yeah Rais could have been a little cooler of a villian but meh
And the ending to The Following was just..
..
I enjoyed a lot of the little interactions and I thought Crane had some cool dialogue
...
.....wat.
You thought it was bad?
"you are infected"
"now blow yourself up or don't"
Yeah I didn't like it too much but I didn't hate it either.
Wait which ending did you pick?
yes, I love a week's worth of hard fucking work resolve itself in me having to choose a nuclear apocalypse
I picked fuck this bullshit just gimme the potions.
If you don't blow yourself up then you go and infect another city which is also just pffffffffff
Fun discovery: you can trigger a nuclear apocalypse earlier in the game
I kinda wish they just woulda left it as a cliff hanger but then again that would annoy people since they don't intend to keep that story going in the second game.
Oh wow how do you do that?
I finished TF last year (or the year before? man I can't even remember)
But if I recall
There's a locked government trailer somewhere on the west side of the map
You can find the key for it under water, I think, at the bottom of the dam
I *think*
But you also need to find another key (or two) to activate the rest of the sequence inside the truck
Lol I might have to try that out.
Are you still playing post scrotum?
Not for a week or so
Someone gifted me Total Warhammer a year ago
And I didn't touch it
Because I know TW games are fucking timesinks
I'm thinking about finally actually getting the game, I'll probably do it if you'd be down to play.
Do you know if anyone else here got it?
Other people talked about getting it, nfi if they did
@Deleted User I redownloaded PokemonGo, help me for I have sinned.
