Not using a person's preferred pronouns isn't a matter of individual respect, it's just something you do if you respect transgender identity. Btw, I don't enforce any specific pronouns for people to use on me, I just say that I identify as non binary because I don't identify with binary gender.

I sometimes go by they/them, but I never even told anyone here to do that for me, because I know it would be absurd to ask people to give common courtesy in a bigoted server.
