2018-07-26 13:40:14 UTC

2018-07-26 13:40:52 UTC

But trump calling shadowbanning republicns illegal is just <:thronk:441701565607444482>

2018-07-26 13:41:56 UTC

Its a private company

2018-07-26 13:42:06 UTC

well it actuly can be illigal, rember the NY jugde that did make twitter a public forum, you cant discriminate on a public forum

2018-07-26 13:42:32 UTC

Lets say it is actually illegal

2018-07-26 13:42:41 UTC

Then the law is stupid.

2018-07-26 13:43:06 UTC

Its not a public service. It is a provte cimpny

2018-07-26 13:43:11 UTC

blame the NY judge that did make twitter a public forum to have a got ya moment on trump

2018-07-26 13:43:16 UTC

Goddamn spelling errors

2018-07-26 18:33:15 UTC

Ehh, thats debateable these days. The lines between public service and monopoly are not that clear, and many public announcements are made via Twitter/Facebook.

The argument for a 'private company' is not as strong as you'd think.

2018-07-26 18:40:48 UTC

I mean Facebook stock is tanking

2018-07-26 18:41:17 UTC

No monopoly lasts forever

Cuck the Zucc

then it's on to

2018-07-26 18:59:08 UTC

2018-07-26 18:59:12 UTC

Monopolies last

2018-07-26 18:59:19 UTC

2018-07-26 18:59:38 UTC

also gonna check how my Standard Oil stock is doing

2018-07-26 19:29:34 UTC

lol I was surprised to learn in my economics class how inefficient monopolies really are.

It's like a feedback loop of trying to balance lowering your overhead and lowering your supply/demand curve to match that overhead cost, leading to a higher price, eventually putting you under because no one wants your product anymore

2018-07-26 20:17:19 UTC

cambels soup as a counterpoint to monopolies that actually work

2018-07-26 20:19:49 UTC

They're not a monopoly

2018-07-26 20:20:40 UTC

they are

2018-07-26 20:21:06 UTC

the entire soup isle in the grocery store is produced by cambles

2018-07-26 20:21:15 UTC

Generic brands

2018-07-26 20:21:33 UTC

those aren't distributed by Campbell's Soup

2018-07-26 20:24:42 UTC

ok just checked they only control 85% so i guess they are not technically a monopoly but they are close

2018-07-26 22:45:31 UTC

what is ur view on nuance

2018-07-26 22:45:58 UTC

this is what happens when ppl start redefining things

2018-07-26 22:46:10 UTC

nuance as a concept or nuance as in NB?

2018-07-26 22:46:28 UTC

NB is pretty cool

2018-07-26 22:46:29 UTC

the stupidity is showing and

2018-07-26 22:46:38 UTC
