can someone help me here, im watching this rather funny debate/interview between candace owns and russell brand, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F-OeKV1JZGI and something that russell is trying to ask but im not sure is wording it correctly is "at what point should be goverment step in to help someone". The only example I can currently think of, of an institution that is currently in place is nursing homes for the elderly. In particular those who never saved a pention. At least in the UK (I'm less familiar with the system in the US), that is a form of welfare, but if welfare was removed, what would happen to those people?
