Hard to judge though

2019-05-23 16:24:36 UTC

Probably next month I’ll be around 12% then

2019-05-23 16:24:41 UTC

Just have to keep the pace

2019-05-23 17:06:29 UTC

you guys use wide or close grip for bench

2019-05-23 17:09:30 UTC

Neutral grip

2019-05-23 17:30:12 UTC

Wide with a single hand, all the weight on the opposite side, and slightly throwing the weight upwards in every rep

2019-05-23 17:33:37 UTC

close because i care more about triceps than chest

2019-05-23 17:48:31 UTC

Mid grip, I guess.

2019-05-23 17:49:56 UTC

Wide grip hurts for me

2019-05-23 17:51:45 UTC

>using a bench

Full dumbell workout ganggang

2019-05-23 18:06:23 UTC

can you do the pec pop thing

2019-05-23 18:28:56 UTC

I could when I was lifting lol. I'm fat and lazy now, but using dumbells is way better than a bench as long as you keep good form. Forces you to work both arms evenly rather than letting you favor one or the other

2019-05-23 18:29:29 UTC

pec popping is so weirrrdddddd it looks freaky and unnatural

2019-05-23 18:29:45 UTC

True lmao

2019-05-23 21:34:48 UTC

@Skeez like tensing your pecs?

2019-05-24 00:00:55 UTC

Where they like bounce

2019-05-24 20:39:37 UTC

I prefer Yoga and pilates but as a female those excerises aid in strenght , flexibility , toning and cardo while keeping the lean, feminine frame

2019-05-24 23:27:47 UTC

Any woman who isn't in the gym lifting heavy weights, should start doing so. Our hormones don't let us become masculinized unless we alter them. You just get stronger.

2019-05-25 02:13:49 UTC

Yoga is a pagan ritual

2019-05-25 03:20:03 UTC

Yoga is funny

2019-05-25 03:20:37 UTC

Yoga will make you a superpower by 2020

2019-05-25 03:20:42 UTC

Because like 90% of it is straight up just scandenavian floor gymnastics

2019-05-25 03:21:45 UTC

The dude who popularized it dressed it up in the yogi traditions because orientalism was trendy in the 20's

2019-05-25 03:21:57 UTC

^

2019-05-25 03:22:43 UTC

Then the actual Indians adopted it to scam stupid pilgrims

2019-05-25 03:24:19 UTC

The stretches themselves are actually pretty solid, you just have to ignore the century of cheap spiritualism they're dressed up in and treat them as what they are lmao

2019-05-25 16:45:27 UTC

The point still stands, it’s a pagan ritual

2019-05-25 17:11:18 UTC

Yoga is demonic

2019-05-25 17:46:41 UTC

Yeah..

2019-05-25 17:59:06 UTC

How is yoga demonic lmao

2019-05-25 18:02:20 UTC

Isn't it just like breath control, meditation and stretching and stuff?

2019-05-25 18:11:17 UTC

Because it is a pagan thing with pagan purposes, 'tard

2019-05-25 18:11:31 UTC

That seeks some kind of pagan nonsense

2019-05-25 18:11:52 UTC

>stretching is demonic

I don't even do yoga, mostly because it's gay, but it's no more spiritual than your crazy aunt who shills essential oils, unless you ho out of your way to incorporate the spiritualism

2019-05-25 18:13:16 UTC

Even if in the modernity it has descended to stretching in many cases, it still has traces of its origin, and it is no surprise it is well correlated to LARPagan retards, and harry potter wannabes

2019-05-25 18:17:38 UTC

It's origin was a meme lmao. The pagan traditions it apes from just copied it. You don't need to know how a pose is supposed to align your chakras to do the stretch and gain the benefits

2019-05-25 18:27:58 UTC

This is not only about benefits, but about spreading a mindset

2019-05-25 18:28:09 UTC

The mindset of retarded, secular, "wellness and spirituality :)"

2019-05-25 18:32:11 UTC

By the way, source for "The dude who popularized it dressed it up in the yogi traditions because orientalism was trendy in the 20's"? So that I can mention it to yoglets
