But your wife remarries

And lives a good life and dies and goes to heaven

Or do you not get to spend eternity with her?

There is no marriage in heaven, it's an earthly state. In heaven and perfection you are in perfect union with Christ

You still get to love your spouse, but heaven you're beyond earthly emotions and experiencing true, objective, conceptually perfect love

So you don’t get to be with the person you love tho

You do. You're just experiencing perfect love, physically without the presence of jealousy or disloyalty or any evil emotion or act that could impair that, because the focus isn't on you, or the person you love, it's on love Himself, Christ

So you're with them, but it's not marriage because marriage is an illustration for a broken world. In perfection, your love between each other is something beyond the comprehension we are capable of mortally conceiving.

The answer is what SMV said, there is no mareiage in heaven, which makes sense considering the perfected love and nature of the Kingdom
