About a year ago I drank like 2 white monster ultras before doing cardio at the gym. 9/11 simulation cardio - 100 flights of stairs of a 20 min goal. Stomach acting laggy af but I’m retard. Decide to hit sauna after. Fog of war level of heat. Just ball sweat and water vapor at Anne frank temperatures. 5 mins in - turbulence. Dry heaves engage as I nope.avi our of there. Make it about 2 steps and puke in the pool hallway. Rest about 10 mins cooling off and watching the swimmers admire my twice brewed monster ultra shake as they leave. I felt better at least and as far as they knew, the culprit is still at large
But that’s mild shit compared to the morning old dudes doing anything and everything in the locker room completely nude. Or Asian dudes squatting naked in the sauna for no fucking reason with a god damn Vietnam forest of bush
