only tough if you drank the night before and want animal fats at 7am
i dont get hungry till around noon anyway
I do long workouts and my job is intensive physical labor

I have seen the 65g of protein per 10oz of chicken so
What I'll do is make like 5 hard boiled eggs and then do a blender of kale + pea protein + almond milk and I'll eat the eggs first
so then I can just chug the shake down and eat through the pain
im jk chicken is fine for the average person
but chicken thigh is better than breast if ur tryin to bulk
not like i know shit about bulking tho
only if you dont care about the fat content
