It's pretty easy on keto since eating fatty meat is very satiating, so you only eat like 1600-2000 calories a day

it gets me around 140g of protein, so its easy to hit my macros

but yea a potato is pretty nutritionally complete
the idea I believe is to eat nothing but potatos for 2 weeks
I eat over 100g of fat daily and love it to death...just have to give up carbs/sweets
it basically holds you over until all your habits are broken
Once you go through withdrawl, your cravings for carbs are replaced by fat cravings
after that you basically eat very little after because the cravings are gone
at least as far as I understand it, it seemed to work for Penn Jillete
i find a diet high in protein keeps me from cravings.
The more nutrient dense the food, the less cravings you have
just have to make sure you have a good source of fiber
