2019-08-07 00:23:50 UTC

2019-08-07 00:23:55 UTC

2019-08-07 00:23:59 UTC

Greens, dairy

2019-08-07 00:24:04 UTC

you'd probably want a better quality sausage though, the less processed the better

2019-08-07 00:24:15 UTC

sure

2019-08-07 00:24:27 UTC

and not a big bacon fan but I could get behind burgers....

2019-08-07 00:24:39 UTC

it gets me around 140g of protein, so its easy to hit my macros

2019-08-07 00:24:43 UTC

I'm telling you, it's awesome after the first couple weeks...I've been on it for 15 months now

2019-08-07 00:24:49 UTC

Never felt/looked better

2019-08-07 00:25:05 UTC

All bloodwork is good

2019-08-07 00:25:10 UTC

there's always the potato diet

2019-08-07 00:25:17 UTC

that shit is crazy I don't I could do it

2019-08-07 00:25:25 UTC

lol aka the irish

2019-08-07 00:25:30 UTC

lol

2019-08-07 00:26:00 UTC

but yea a potato is pretty nutritionally complete

2019-08-07 00:26:20 UTC

the idea I believe is to eat nothing but potatos for 2 weeks

2019-08-07 00:26:28 UTC

I eat over 100g of fat daily and love it to death...just have to give up carbs/sweets

2019-08-07 00:26:31 UTC

it basically holds you over until all your habits are broken

2019-08-07 00:26:38 UTC

you could be missing out some micro and macro nutrients @Legalize

2019-08-07 00:26:52 UTC

Once you go through withdrawl, your cravings for carbs are replaced by fat cravings

2019-08-07 00:26:56 UTC

after that you basically eat very little after because the cravings are gone

2019-08-07 00:27:13 UTC

at least as far as I understand it, it seemed to work for Penn Jillete

2019-08-07 00:27:19 UTC

i find a diet high in protein keeps me from cravings.

2019-08-07 00:27:47 UTC

The more nutrient dense the food, the less cravings you have

2019-08-07 00:27:49 UTC

just have to make sure you have a good source of fiber

2019-08-07 00:28:01 UTC

That's why you can eat pasta and carbs until you die because they aren't

2019-08-07 00:28:13 UTC

@Legalize thirst can manifest as hunger at times.

2019-08-07 00:28:16 UTC

I can't stand a lot of the traditional healthy foods like soup and salads

2019-08-07 00:28:20 UTC

and rice

2019-08-07 00:28:24 UTC

Yah, man...greens are important

2019-08-07 00:28:26 UTC

might as well be eating paper

2019-08-07 00:28:49 UTC

Salad with dressing, cheese, and pumpkin seeds is awesome

2019-08-07 00:28:54 UTC

and fatty

2019-08-07 00:28:56 UTC

protein intake triggers your digestive system to slow, which can cause you to realease the hormone that tells you youre full

2019-08-07 00:29:33 UTC

I'm trying to find some healthier foods that I could stand to eat most of the time

2019-08-07 00:29:47 UTC

salads arent as healthy as ppl think

2019-08-07 00:30:00 UTC

yeah it's more about filling than anything

2019-08-07 00:30:08 UTC

They are on keto, just hold the croutons

2019-08-07 00:30:10 UTC

figure out your macros and find things that fit in them and you enjoy eating

2019-08-07 00:30:27 UTC

You can load them the fuck up and it's perfect
