Once you go through withdrawl, your cravings for carbs are replaced by fat cravings
after that you basically eat very little after because the cravings are gone
at least as far as I understand it, it seemed to work for Penn Jillete
i find a diet high in protein keeps me from cravings.
The more nutrient dense the food, the less cravings you have
just have to make sure you have a good source of fiber
That's why you can eat pasta and carbs until you die because they aren't

yea but that 1300 calorie chicken salald aint what ppl think it is lol
they think they can eat that 3-4 times a day and it be healthy. (they dont realize how much it is)
my big problem is I love dairy products and its not something I think I could not have so I have to make them work for me
Yah, fatty salads on a conventional diet aren't good
you can have dairy
moderation in everything. restrictive diets are prone to failure
keto would be more forgiving on the dairy front than most diets at least
hell, milk has a great macro balance
All dairy except milk is very keto...did not realize how much sugar is in milk until I started!
