@Firefly This is why I think I've always been attracted to single Player RPG's such as Dark Souls and Japanese gaming in general.

The lore of it I suppose, talked of the spiritual to a boy without faith.

I'm glad I grew up playing games like that, although when parent's took them, it deeply offended me.

Faith is useful. Like faith in yourself or like faith in humanity. It's a pity substitution of intelligence but necessary at times to make things happen. Most people are hardly capable of intelligence and faith may be a productive substitution.
