@Amoviet they didnt treat the majority like shit genius. If that was the case there'd be a civil war. and yes because both of them could've robbed it and also his repeated offences. And no most of these "unjustified arrests probab;y are because they were also criminals who helped Ned. And he clearly did, why take hostages if you're not going to kill any? And he killed innocent cops too. What a good cop, he did his job so none of his brothers would get killed.
