Get in the gym and do some rehabilitation work on them elastic band work helps the tendons
You can still do lifts with a bum knee. You just can go heavy
It's what I do to loosen up my shoulder before cheat and sholder days

Protein should be a big part of your diet, but anyone that tells you to cut carbs out completely is full of shit. It’s the super processed shit that fucks you up
