The only hard part is doing it every day
That and watching what i eat
I walk everywhere been like that since I weighed 400+ lbs think I walked 6 to 8 miles a day and just did yard work aka mowing and cutting trees helped alot
Swole is the goal! Size is the prize! #robertfrank
Got back to hitting chest today after almost two weeks. Good ass pump. Don't let a break or injury keep you from getting back into the saddle
Is this not the place for fitness?
And back at the gym, it gets easier eventually
Ran a 1.5 mile in 14.50. I was able to shave 30 seconds from yesterday
Not gonna lie, I tried running with a 20lbs weight vest today and it sucked major dick
Do you have your own vest and lbe?
Take care of your joints
I do have my own vest, it goes up to 40. And I'll be sure to do joint care right after my core workout
When you prestige and get that kill counter
Wrong page sorry
Lol
Lol
we're all gonna make it brah
leg day is a real bitch though
i got tired of driving to the gym so i bought myself 200 lb adjustable dumbells and a bench
only been working out a month but i been gainin
Feels goos
Good
im a bitch when it comes to running
i usually throw up when im done
And in the morning ill do pushups sit ups reverse sit ups obliques and crunches
nice nice
When i was in high school, my mom kept telling me to try out for track. Im a natural runner, i just enjoy pc gaming way too much. But im not overweight so that helps
But if your throwing up it means your pushing yourself, which is good
i only really started exercising cuz i joined ROTC a few years ago
my first PT they made us sprint up and down the steepest hill on campus for an hour
Oh
i threw up in formation lol
Oof
after that i only threw up AFTER pt as soon as i got home
so i made a lil bit of progress
Nice!
All progress is good
i never really made much gains since im skinny and all we did was basically calisthenics
Ima run with my vest again after work. Looking at a total of 15miles of foot time today
but it did inspire me to workout on my own
