Even if it's just a random pack, gradually add weight

i can only agree with the carrier+rucksack combo, never go jogging without those two + some waterbottles and whatever extra weight i can find.

featuring shitty iphone 6+ camera. glad i got an android now.

After years of body weight training at home, I have finally decided to start going to the gym with a more experienced friend. Any advice for a beginner?

2019-09-10 18:17:08 UTC

Start slow with heavy weight, focus on form

2019-09-10 18:17:20 UTC

Once your form is good then go heavy

2019-09-10 18:17:32 UTC

But until you have good form dont hurt yourself

2019-09-10 18:33:41 UTC

Got back to hitting chest today after almost two weeks. Good ass pump. Don't let a break or injury keep you from getting back into the saddle

2019-09-11 16:02:42 UTC

Not gonna lie, I tried running with a 20lbs weight vest today and it sucked major dick

2019-09-11 16:03:26 UTC

Do you have your own vest and lbe?

2019-09-11 16:03:36 UTC

Take care of your joints

2019-09-11 16:04:31 UTC

I do have my own vest, it goes up to 40. And I'll be sure to do joint care right after my core workout
