Does anyone have advice on how to stay motivated while working out? I always seem to get really motivated for 3-5 days but then I just stop. It's really frustrating.
You have to force yourself into a routine, once it kicks in it become habit

But maybe mix up the workouts a bit to keep from getting bored or stale

For pushups, I like the evil russian method. Dumb name, but I've had success. And it scales to ability

Yoy could do pyramids to 25 if your looking for an every day thing
I've been adding my plate carrier to add resistance and to build up stamina
But that is a good suggestion

i can only agree with the carrier+rucksack combo, never go jogging without those two + some waterbottles and whatever extra weight i can find.

Start slow with heavy weight, focus on form
Once your form is good then go heavy
But until you have good form dont hurt yourself
