I feel you king. Switched from the evil russian pushup method to the John Glenn. And while its less total pusups per day, it feels a hell of a lot worse

@mcguyver123 so the evil russian is max percentage based. You get your max reps the first day by going until failure, then do 30% each hour until you go to bed. Different days have different percents of max, with different rest intervals. Its a two week program with max rep test every 7 days.
The john glenn is 3 sets until failure, with 5 mins rest in between. Do that every day forever, because John Glenn is a hard charging mother fucker
