I agree there should be laws, I don't think giveing out several hundred dollar fines for going a bit fast or being in the wrong lane is right, even more so when that fine goes to the police/city.

I would also like there to be an option for jail time insted of the fines, again trying to remove the conflict of interest form the police/city.

speeding would be just a few hours, you go and 'serve' the time in an empty room with nothing but yourself and your thoughts.

and I REALLY would like police to shape up and be the best drivers out there, as it stands I have seen they seem to be the worst.
