This is less their traditional style and more of a grandiose style well-liked during the Soviet era.
Although it is a fairly unique type of building, since the Khruschev era saw a decline of grandiose neoclassical buildings.
I quite enjoy the combination of Stalin Empire style and the national architectural styles in these pavillions
