He is essentially arguing against all forms of prorogation at this point.
His argument hinges on the court having to decide what a reasonable prorogation is
He is essentially directly calling on the court to become politically charged
Fuck off Gina Miller, this is a woman happy to buy her own way, not the first lawsuit.
Kek
Now his argument is that boris outsmarted them
It's a true statement, it just speaks more to their intelligence than bojos
imagine being PM and getting bullied this hard by a nobody

abolish the nhs
Name a PM a similar situation hasn't happened to
#IncredibleSulk
I'm surprised it's even legal in the UK to confront the PM
...
Yes
you can't say shit on twitter without the Met knocking on your door
That's how freedom generally works
Surprisingly, the UK still has some of it
**PRIVATIZATION**
YOU'RE KILLING PEOPLE IF YOU VOTE TORY
!!!!!!!!!!!!
What, the privatisation that the Labour government under Blair instituted?
The privatisation that is costing the NHS billions and makes hospitals permanent renters from the private sector?
That privatisation?
You're killing people by voting Tory.
Was that privatisation or socialization of the private clinics
That was called privatisation
Only thing I saw happen was more regulations and less funding. Which ≠ privatisation
Rather than being honest about spending, Blair contrived a private funding agreement for new hospitals that meant a £20m hospital ended up costing often over £200m
Same was used with new schools they built in that era
And opening up the borders to mass immigration
SO pissing all the money away, hugely increasing the demand, then wondering why the NHS can't cope
Fucking PeP-level genius move
300k per annum is too much for an island
Just let the Free Market do it's thing and end government intervention into the Economy
All very well letting the free market do it, provided you're willing to have the blood of millions of dead poor, disabled, ill, and elderly on your hands
You need a balance
If you have total control you get stalin
