Just don't buy. Murder the current home owners and then commit identity fraud
Yea that to
Free house
Free food as well
just make friends with them and live there for half off
Squatters rights and all that
because you're cool
Or get a partner who already owns a place
Squatters should have no rights tbh
Or just work hard and get your own house.
FUCKING PETE BUDIGEG IS POLLING HIGHER THEN BERNIE
TOP KEK
just live in a 5 generation household
It's still more than possible to get your own place, you've just got to work hard.
like a good asian
Suqatter rights make a lot of sense
@Mikey - Problem is existing homeowners actively push for government policy to increase property values, and that usually takes the form of blocking new home construction (shutting off supply) or accepting more immigrants (increasing demand).
here's how
I should have the right to shoot squatters.
can still win
You dont use or secure your property, then what claim do you really have?
@Mikey if you get a no trespassing sign, you do
I regret not buying a home much earlier 😦
Otherwise people would just claim vast swathes of land
Not in Scotland
Home ownership rights should only be respected in terms of landowner's rights - that includes the right to build a house on your own land, as long as it's safe.
Scotland you can trespass
well scotlands a bitch boi country
Local government should not be able to stop home construction unless it's legitimately unsafe, and even then only if it's a rental property.
Nah
now Im wondering if I should get a few btl's in scotland 😛
The reason they do is aquifers
I like my zoning laws
renters can pay for my 14% investment 😛
@Arthur Grayborn some buildings would absolutely ruin certain places if those were the only rules
You can do serious damage to others and the environment at large by poorly planned housing
the difference of the well planned new york city, to the sprawl of california
@Spooky Melon - You could impose a style regulation as well, but there needs to be a clear set of rules where as long as you're compliant approval is super quick.
The problem is permit limbo, where you're waiting for 4-5 years to get approval to build like in San Francisco.
New York City is kind of a mess tho
