@AydeMori☠ That is not what I said. I said that the reason it decreased was that, the fact that they are actively being refused access to the global market because they refuse to bend the knee and the fact that their geography is poor for a mercantile set up reliant on sea-lane shipping.
Furthermore it might be relevant to point out that RUSSIA might be in bad condition, but other republics that formed the SU are better off (with some exceptions ofc).
