If there would be a way to gain stong and fast muscles without making them more pronounced and buff I'd train in that way
But alas, it is unpossible
Many exercises are harsh on joints
I just want to get back to 190lbs - so glad i've got the gym at apts thats well equipped
... which just happen to be the thing you don't want to have fucked up for when you reach 70
Just don't do those too often and your joints will have time to recover and grow stronger

At my height
190 is 10 over lean for me
165 for me is skin and bones.
86 kg for a tall man is near malnourishment, for an extremely short guy that's a chubby state (or being pumped full of muscles)

I went pretty quickly to my 189cm/6'2", but my physique took a while to catch on
I used to be just 68kg as a teen
"dried out" as my friends refered to it
And eating lots only caused skin problems, but didn't sho squat for my weight
Only when I hit 18 I started bulking
