Lets assume the premise to be true and say that we are in fact 20 years off from Hitler coming to power.
Why was the society taking those actions to begin with? Did the actions they took prior have anything to do with the underlying social tensions which led to Hitlers rise?

I expected nothing from the class-action suit, yet, somehow, I'm still let down.
Also, a lawyer friend of mine said the odds on them actually checking the sub-10-hour claims of stuff you did to protect yourself are very low, so if you wanna try to get some payout from Section 2 you might be able to if you weave something believable out of whole cloth and keep it under 10 hours.
