it's an ongoing conflict

They are trying to forge a national narrative to get the ppl on the same page
even though Pakistan are the aggressors
and put an emphasis on infrastructure development to integrate the country with itself

It was the British colonial rule which started it
one of the MAJOR points is "build more storage space for merchandise"
so that poorer regions can get some kind of logistical nodes
to serve as connections to the greater whole
