I read a few articles and the Koch brothers don't seem to be exactly "open borders", they even stated this: "The president has a duty to enforce the nation’s immigration laws." They did support borders, they were only against the deportation of illegal immigrants. Which, sure, isn't super right leaning, but is 100% not complete open borders. Although if I misread it, feel free to correct me.

It's mostly pushed by Neoliberals like Hillary Clinton than libertarians. But yes, open borders is a theoretical libertarian position, just that not many of the grassroots libertarians support it.
