Without UBI there will be a 60+% homeless rate which will largely be the jobless rate as well

i'm not a big fan of minimum wage generally but i would be hesitant to get rid of it completely in america

UBI in the UK isn't giving anything new/extra, it's just a simplification and the making more fair of the existing tax/welfare system
