I don't mean there has to be a large state, or strict laws

We need very limited Government

But there does need to be structure, objective rules that are seen to be obeyed. People need to be able to trust the system

And at the moment they simply do not

We shouldn't go all Ayn Rand with voluntaryism but we should have a very limited Government

rather than saying "very limited", i would say "clearly delineated"
