@TheSatireGames BMI is probably one of the most inaccurate ways to determine what you need to do and where you need to be. A person who has more BF and less lean mass could potentially have the same BMI as a person who is muscular and has very little BF. I don't use BMI but measure BF%. Looking at the total weight is meaningless.
Visceral fat like in that heart photo above is what I am most worried about and need to shred.
