Not discounting the white contributions, just pushing back that that's all it is

2019-11-19 03:24:08 UTC

You don't get it, it's not just "white contributions" but what "what contributions" evolved into in the very founding of America. And we've gotten better overtime with abolishing slavery but honestly, just my opinion, women shouldn't have gotten the right to vote. Even back then the precedent of it. If you were to poll women who wanted the vote. Black men could have the right to vote sure. You get what I mean?

2019-11-19 03:25:32 UTC

And even then how could blacks as a minority as they were assimilate into a homogeneous white nation? Christian values n stuff obviously help in that but the idea of it is silly if you think truly that blacks will have the same voting habits as whites. Race isn't everything but its definetly something.

2019-11-19 03:26:00 UTC

And I very much agree with that, but you seem stuck on the race thing for some reason as though it's deterministic of anything. Correlation is not causation. And even then, it's sort of a hollow victory, cuz the people who built western civ and the people who enslaved Africans - neither of them were you. No one gets credit or blame for the actions of those who merely look like them. I agree in redrawing the tribal lines around ideology, though.

2019-11-19 03:26:45 UTC

If you care about those values, you should love people like Candace and Tatum, trying to win the hearts and minds of black voters

2019-11-19 03:27:18 UTC

I'm only so into the race thing because it's such a big problem of today. Literal states will go blue not because of any policy a Democrat puts out that appeals to everyone but to every demographic that they pander to that is slowly encroaching on the declining white population which u dont care about.

2019-11-19 03:28:18 UTC

So then the issue becomes how to convince those people towards a red shift. If they all voted red, would you still care about the demographics?

2019-11-19 03:29:34 UTC

Food for thought, I've got work I gotta go do

2019-11-19 03:30:14 UTC

This is just some hypothetical, if they voted red I probably wouldn't care personally but the fact is that you can observe that these demographics have their own micro-ethnostates of their own.

2019-11-19 03:30:39 UTC

People move and be with the most like them, why is that so bad to point out? It doesn't mean they can't be together they obviously can

2019-11-19 03:34:21 UTC

These places become only interested in themselves and their best interest.

2019-11-19 03:35:16 UTC

Look at Compton in California. Rising hispanic levels and the divide between the black and hispanic communities.

2019-11-19 03:36:00 UTC

I don't even have to point at this issue from an exclusive white perspective to show how bad of a problem this is.

2019-11-19 03:39:52 UTC

Hoping to sweep these demographics to vote red is wistful thinking.

2019-11-19 03:46:41 UTC

Well, as I said, I agree with stopping the bleeding. Build the wall, but after that, let the chips fall where they may. Pointing out ethnobubbles is fine. Dare I say you almost sound like someone who wants diversity. 😉

2019-11-19 03:47:52 UTC

I didn't care for it honestly I used to be libertarian on these issues but it's really grown that these issues are present and the liberal mind set of these issues is pushing these issues out of the conversation by being "racist" or whatever

2019-11-19 03:48:25 UTC

The chips rn, the brown ones that speak spanish gotta bounce

2019-11-19 03:48:40 UTC

The black ones are cool

2019-11-19 03:49:35 UTC

The legal ones already here that aren't apart of daca or whatever would be here the Hispanics left after the majority are deported are cool.

2019-11-19 03:50:45 UTC

And the asians are really small minority, but Indians and Chinese people through programs are coming over under these economic guises and are detracting from the organic work that we are already putting ourselves through college and uni's to get to

2019-11-19 03:50:55 UTC

It's from both ends with the immigration thing

2019-11-19 05:33:00 UTC

End gerrymandering and many problems go away naturally

2019-11-19 05:55:18 UTC

@Marushia Dark good talk bud

2019-11-19 05:56:20 UTC

I hope y'all sleep well, goodnight

2019-11-19 06:01:45 UTC

Gerrymandering is only possible by how free voting districts are to change. Is there a practical solution while maintaining unlimbered voting customs?

2019-11-19 06:34:02 UTC

There is no solution to democracy

2019-11-19 06:34:10 UTC

It's an end goal, nothing comes after it

2019-11-19 06:34:19 UTC

Is it ideal? Certainly not

2019-11-19 06:34:28 UTC

Do we have a better system? Not that I know

2019-11-19 06:35:33 UTC

There are some neccessary stops to democracy, most importantly the required distribution of power

2019-11-19 06:35:39 UTC

Other than that there's not really anything

2019-11-19 06:36:03 UTC

Gerrymandering is nothing more than an attempt to undermine democracy

2019-11-19 06:44:11 UTC

Civic republicanism is the best form of government.

2019-11-19 06:44:24 UTC

Also, I’ve never supported building a border wall.

2019-11-19 06:45:03 UTC

That won’t help deal with the illegal immigrants who entered the US legally but outstayed their visas.

2019-11-19 06:46:24 UTC

It would massively reduce illegal immigration though

2019-11-19 06:47:31 UTC

Deportation is much more of a symptom treatment in comparison, so if you're again illegal immigration then the wall should be nr1 on your checklist

2019-11-19 06:47:38 UTC

against*

2019-11-19 06:48:22 UTC

An improved system of radio towers, guard posts, and motion detectors would be more cost-effective and cost-efficient.

2019-11-19 06:49:43 UTC

Don’t assume I’m an open borders advocate just because I don’t think the wall is feasible.

2019-11-19 06:51:10 UTC

Maybe a mixture of wall and security is best
