But besides that
I agree mass immigration is a problem and that migrants tend to vote left, so I agree we need to build the wall and get rid of DACA and all that; but once we do that, then race no longer matters and it becomes about pure merit and let the demo chips fall where they may
Unlike the alt-right, I don't care if white people become a minority or even if we all become purple. That, to me, has nothing to do with the ideologies of those who remain and again, to think otherwise - to think race DETERMINES ideology - is racist.
Not even then still. It may just be a simple disagreement at that point. But theres perfectly capable white people who go through these college and uni courses that try and get to the same places these Indians and Chinese exchange students come in and literally until the pushback people within the conservative movement were saying to staple the green card to the back of their diplomas
I'd like to see smart Indians and Chinese try to fix India and China, personally.
The entire question. In the beginning. That makes you say "I don't care if white people become a minority in America" when it's been white people who actually reliably carry the american values to the ballot boxes
The apathy tward it is insane
Again, who do you identify with more: Candace Owens and Thomas Sowell, or Hillary Clinton and Liz Warren?
as you said, plenty of whites also DIDN'T carry that water
The SJWs would call those people "race traitors," I believe. <:milkshake2:580842238540775468>
None of them because I identify with myself. I don't need someone else to tell me what I should identify with. But I recognize what founded this nation. I recognize the ancestors who upheld it and the people assimilated, idc if they were black or white, red,Mediterranean whatever. 2 thirds of the most immigration that did happen was from white, christian nations and they assimilated easier. mass immigration has fractured the country.
Let me clarify, whose values are more inline with yours?
Also, you do realize America wasn't purely a white nation, right? The idea of Confederation was built partly on the Iroquois Federation. John Locke was inspired in part by an Arab Muslim scholar. The Founders drew heavily from Egyptian iconography, etc.
Not discounting the white contributions, just pushing back that that's all it is
You don't get it, it's not just "white contributions" but what "what contributions" evolved into in the very founding of America. And we've gotten better overtime with abolishing slavery but honestly, just my opinion, women shouldn't have gotten the right to vote. Even back then the precedent of it. If you were to poll women who wanted the vote. Black men could have the right to vote sure. You get what I mean?
And even then how could blacks as a minority as they were assimilate into a homogeneous white nation? Christian values n stuff obviously help in that but the idea of it is silly if you think truly that blacks will have the same voting habits as whites. Race isn't everything but its definetly something.
And I very much agree with that, but you seem stuck on the race thing for some reason as though it's deterministic of anything. Correlation is not causation. And even then, it's sort of a hollow victory, cuz the people who built western civ and the people who enslaved Africans - neither of them were you. No one gets credit or blame for the actions of those who merely look like them. I agree in redrawing the tribal lines around ideology, though.
If you care about those values, you should love people like Candace and Tatum, trying to win the hearts and minds of black voters
I'm only so into the race thing because it's such a big problem of today. Literal states will go blue not because of any policy a Democrat puts out that appeals to everyone but to every demographic that they pander to that is slowly encroaching on the declining white population which u dont care about.
So then the issue becomes how to convince those people towards a red shift. If they all voted red, would you still care about the demographics?
This is just some hypothetical, if they voted red I probably wouldn't care personally but the fact is that you can observe that these demographics have their own micro-ethnostates of their own.
People move and be with the most like them, why is that so bad to point out? It doesn't mean they can't be together they obviously can
These places become only interested in themselves and their best interest.
Look at Compton in California. Rising hispanic levels and the divide between the black and hispanic communities.
I don't even have to point at this issue from an exclusive white perspective to show how bad of a problem this is.
Hoping to sweep these demographics to vote red is wistful thinking.
Well, as I said, I agree with stopping the bleeding. Build the wall, but after that, let the chips fall where they may. Pointing out ethnobubbles is fine. Dare I say you almost sound like someone who wants diversity. 😉
I didn't care for it honestly I used to be libertarian on these issues but it's really grown that these issues are present and the liberal mind set of these issues is pushing these issues out of the conversation by being "racist" or whatever
The chips rn, the brown ones that speak spanish gotta bounce
The black ones are cool
The legal ones already here that aren't apart of daca or whatever would be here the Hispanics left after the majority are deported are cool.
And the asians are really small minority, but Indians and Chinese people through programs are coming over under these economic guises and are detracting from the organic work that we are already putting ourselves through college and uni's to get to
It's from both ends with the immigration thing
End gerrymandering and many problems go away naturally
@Marushia Dark good talk bud
I hope y'all sleep well, goodnight
Gerrymandering is only possible by how free voting districts are to change. Is there a practical solution while maintaining unlimbered voting customs?
There is no solution to democracy
It's an end goal, nothing comes after it
Is it ideal? Certainly not
