Your ability to argue is clearly weak

2019-11-11 04:18:17 UTC

Simple question.

2019-11-11 04:18:23 UTC
2019-11-11 04:18:34 UTC

What am I murdering?

2019-11-11 04:18:36 UTC

If there is no known father or the father refuses to claim the child the mother retains full guardianship unless it is revoked by the state, at which point the child goes to the reliticlosest relative, or if there is no known relative becomes a ward of the state

2019-11-11 04:18:39 UTC

The mother didn't consent. She's the one with that power

2019-11-11 04:18:42 UTC

the baby at 8months could have lived outside the womb, so murder

2019-11-11 04:18:55 UTC

I am willing to guess that @Win Roe has many irrational ideas pinballing around in that brain

2019-11-11 04:19:00 UTC

Personally, I refer to myself as "pro-life, but not anti-abortion," or as Dave Rubin puts it: "begrudgingly pro-choice." Meaning I believe in prevention and alternatives with abortion being plan Z and I think if it must be done, the sooner the better, with various reasons why sentience, pain, and viability are reasonable philosophical and scientific cut-offs.

2019-11-11 04:19:01 UTC

Ok.
7 months.

2019-11-11 04:19:06 UTC

6 months.

2019-11-11 04:19:07 UTC

7 months too they can survive

2019-11-11 04:19:12 UTC

5 months.

2019-11-11 04:19:28 UTC

@Chuckler I'm working on it

2019-11-11 04:19:39 UTC

Anything pre-sentience I don't see as immoral cuz I'm not an Evangelical or a Catholic

2019-11-11 04:19:58 UTC

I don't see a difference between pre sentience and pre memory

2019-11-11 04:20:04 UTC

Avoid having someone spaff in your muff might be a good step

2019-11-11 04:20:11 UTC

so 3 years and younger is fine

2019-11-11 04:20:14 UTC

@Scale_e I don't care how many months. The person who has to carry the child should be the one to choose. Noone should be allowed to make that choice for them. I don't have to like their choice and we can agree on that, but rights are more important than my feelings.

2019-11-11 04:20:16 UTC

@Marushia Dark when is the definitive absolute point at which a human becomes sentient

2019-11-11 04:20:17 UTC

Sentience refers to its ability to be aware of itself as an entity

2019-11-11 04:20:19 UTC

Pop em all on the chopping block it's all the same

2019-11-11 04:20:42 UTC

scientists say that life begins at conception

2019-11-11 04:20:46 UTC

^

2019-11-11 04:20:47 UTC

so there is that

2019-11-11 04:20:47 UTC

@Jack of Trades So basically, the mother has the ability to determine when that thing is a person?

2019-11-11 04:20:48 UTC

None of you have passed the turing test tbh

2019-11-11 04:20:52 UTC

Shim, IIRC, I link to it in the article (part 2) but I can't recall of the top of my head, I wanna say 12 weeks

2019-11-11 04:20:54 UTC
2019-11-11 04:21:06 UTC

Life is continuoud

2019-11-11 04:21:17 UTC

It never starts or stops, it's ongoing

2019-11-11 04:21:25 UTC

I am unsure if many are truly sentient even now

2019-11-11 04:21:27 UTC

@Chuckler Isn't that to determine if an AI is close enough to human?

2019-11-11 04:21:35 UTC

Yes you failed

2019-11-11 04:21:38 UTC

key word "close enough"

2019-11-11 04:21:44 UTC

If a human isnt close to a human is it human?

2019-11-11 04:21:52 UTC

Shut up

2019-11-11 04:21:53 UTC

faggot

2019-11-11 04:22:16 UTC

How do we see mirrors if our eyes arnt real

2019-11-11 04:22:27 UTC

But then who was phone?

2019-11-11 04:22:39 UTC

@Scale_e no, have you not been listening? It doesn't matter if it's a person. I grant you that it's a person. The child could be 5, dying of kidney failure and you can't expect me to give up my kidney to save my child. Youre confusing moral virtue for moral obligation
