It's conflicted but there's a lot of reports saying he's 15, though there's still a small few saying he's 18

Well, I must admit Chris has some real ball. Knowing how much the Chinese authorities want China Uncensored to disappear and he actually showing off in person in Hong Kong in times like these. It really takes some genuine courage to do so. I wonder will they finally have him if the Chinese decide to go rough on Hong Kong?

2019-10-01 21:36:36 UTC

@Death in June He actually makes some sensible points thou he goes into full retard communism at the end. If only the blacks knew how to THINK!

2019-10-02 03:07:35 UTC

I fully support the protesters but honestly thanks to that angle, the police were justified in that

2019-10-02 10:11:05 UTC

@Rutena the Braixen Justified? How?

2019-10-02 10:12:56 UTC

If you saw the video Ankha has posted, one of the police officers were being trampled and beaten on the ground with poles and batons, while the second officer was fully surrounded and being attacked, including by the victim who managed to tag the officer.

Very clear case of self defence as well as protecting their fallen officer, deadly force was a reasonable decision.

2019-10-02 10:19:22 UTC

@RB79BALL As much as I support the Hong Kong protesters I have to agree with @Rutena the Braixen, in this case it looks as though this shooting was a justifiable case of self defence.
Whether the police officer should have even been there is another question but taking that he was in that situation as a given, how he acted is not unreasonable.

2019-10-02 14:40:47 UTC

This is another angle

2019-10-02 14:40:52 UTC

You make the call

2019-10-02 16:55:39 UTC

Protesters were ultimately the ones making the charge here and the one who fired the shot was attempting to rescue them, clearly shows that much. From the start of the video to 5 seconds later when the shot is fired the fallen officer was on the ground being beaten, and the responding officer was attacked immediately, with the attacker making two swings before the round was fired, both while the pistol was drawn.
Ultimately it’s less in the protester’s favour. They were bashing a police officer who was on the floor, second officer responds with weapons drawn, attacker makes not one but two swings. It turns from justified to asking for it. I support the protesters but this one I can’t defend.

2019-10-02 17:01:08 UTC

You can’t fight for just causes with unjust tactics.

2019-10-02 19:09:28 UTC

>inb4 CCP planted moles to cause this

2019-10-02 19:50:48 UTC

Bro, they're China.

2019-10-02 19:50:52 UTC

They'll do ANYTHING for Power.

2019-10-02 23:46:43 UTC

Maybe...
Remember seeing luke live from paris, the people who were setting fire to cars and shit looked very different from the rest of the people there, some not even wearing yellow wests.

2019-10-02 23:48:04 UTC

Another potential aspect is looking at why were the protesters beating the shit out of the policeman in the first place

2019-10-03 00:08:00 UTC

Suspiciously enough, all the videos that show protester violence that I've seen so far exclude the action leading up to the violence

2019-10-03 00:08:30 UTC

The likelihood of that being coincidence is not particularly high, although not impossible either

2019-10-03 00:42:13 UTC

Well it is a situation where neither side can back down. This is not the only place there are dissidents the CCP has had a marked increase in detentions in the *mainland*. A big difference is that HK has normal internet and can distribute information. So from the CCPs perspective they cannot allow a resistance to succeed because it would embolden others.

Of course on the protester's side they know that if this movement stops at some point in the future they will be arrested and sent to camps. Their only practical defense is to be in a crowd of a million or so with lots of cameras.

2019-10-03 01:55:35 UTC

They're already being arrested and sent to camps

2019-10-03 01:56:42 UTC

So not only do they have nothing really to lose anymore, they're in the middle of what can be considered a civil war, albeit a comparatively peaceful one

2019-10-03 07:25:04 UTC

I see no way this can end good, my gut tells me international intervention is "the right thing to do" but this could legit lead to WW3

2019-10-03 10:24:04 UTC

Do you think China will have the guts to start WW3? All high CCP members have their assists and family in the States or somewhere in the commonwealth

2019-10-03 10:24:29 UTC

It is more likely another Chinese civil war

2019-10-03 13:20:22 UTC

China should just be europe already

2019-10-05 01:43:48 UTC

So there is a twitter account that goes by the name of “Liam Stone” that has been posting videos on HK. Take this one for example. https://www.twitter.com/liamstone_19/status/1180175432236195840

Pretty condemning now isn’t it? But pay closer attention to this video, notice what is wrong with it? It starts in the middle of the fight not in the beginning.

Its just a damn shame how we don’t have a video from when the beating started, oh wait... we do: https://www.facebook.com/plugins/video.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2F124853124283126%2Fvideos%2F813063699128142%2F&show_text=0&width=380

2019-10-05 02:15:09 UTC

I just wonder is anybody of you guys paying attention on what is going on in Iraq? They have they own protests, too, and the way it looks they are nothing smaller than what is going on in HK.
