So basically it's rent control, it forces an artificial demand for housing due to it at first increasing the supply of housing
However the demand then outstrips the supply

What follows this is the construction companies then dropping social housing construction for business construction, so basically major cities and the skyscrapers you see, most are business buildings
However this also ties into immigration and what labour is using this to do
