Faster innovation, less bureaucracy more investors into your country etc
Milton Friedman is a good guy if you want to understand the free market side of things
His ''free to choose'' show is great
Why wouldn't a socialist state be able keep up with innovation towards general development?
Bureaucracy makes it slower, sure
But that could be arranged in time
How?
I don't see how it could be faster than in a capitalist system
You get your idea, you try to get investors if it's good and you make the product
Does the state go through all the applicants who want to make a product?
Well i see the socialist market more beneficial for people's 'actual' needs, there won't be new iPhones and computers each year, sure
How do you determine what people actually need
What do you need to function as a human being?
I think it's pretty basic and structured
Only the people will be able to decide their needs though
So then all a socialist market can produce is the bear bones to support life
Do we NEED an iphone? I don't, some people think we do
That's primarily the goal, improvements will come after that
How do you decide who gets to make what after you got the basics?
It will be decided according to the needs of people, keeping the capitalist commercials out will be extremely important so you won't end up like ussr
How do you find out the needs of the people?
If Ford gave people what they wanted he'd find out a way to make horses faster
Ask them? Demographics? Referendum? Ministries working on that?
Oh
That's actually a good point
Inventions
a referendum for what type of phone you want?
Brb
People hardly go out to vote on big issues here
I'm off for a shower too
do any of you guys know ansyn, also called Bel's Healing Sticc
is he an actual leftist>?
@temporary warp hello and yes
ok

@Syndicalist could you answer my PM?
Antifa is a terrorist organization
technically venezuala isn't communist, but yeah you're right it doesn't work
