I'm not really sure how wages are supposed to work
How do they trade?
You buy stuff?
Who if you don't own it?
Buying stuff without owning it?
You buy products/services from businesses
with money
Who decides what business trade?
Again I've already said that the workers as a whole democratically decide/manage
So the specialists and managers has no say in it?
I don't think managers would exist
I don't have all the answers, I'm not a market socialist
Who is going to manage than?
The workers
i've said this like 10 times
Are they trained for that?
I mean I don't know if they'd be trained by the business after getting hired or what
Well, good manager needs 10+ years of experience
Maybe business can't train all?
Yeah that's a potential problem
Is not potential.
Ask a market socialist I guess
I might be able to answer, what is the question?
wouldn't really indentify as a marksoc but I'll try
Well, basically the problem is that managers specialize in their position
but if it's owned and managed by the workers, wouldn't them not having experience be a problem
it doesn't have to be managed by the workers
a democratic country isn't managed by the citizens
the citizens have control to elect their "managers" (politicians)
Works well every time.
likewise a worker has influece over who to be manager
Trump, Hitler and Chruschev can confirm
Well I know the Mondragon corporation in Spain has managers
and there's a wage ratio for workers to managers
the difference between the owner and the worker choosing the manager is somewhat analogous to dictaorship/democracy
also by democracy, I don't neccesarily mean democracy like it is in the west, I mean actual democracy
Apparently Yugoslavia was market socialist
But somehow also all state owned 🤔
I don't know very much about yugoslavia. To my knowledge it wasn't state owned
