Ethnonationalism, as a concept, is not a bad thing. White supermajority in Europe and North America? Nothing wrong with that, same case with African supermajorities in Africa and Asian supermajorities in Asia. Getting a supermajority in somewhere like the United States is what makes people lose faith in such an idea.
That demsoc is right in saying there is no flaw in ethnonationalism, but there are possible ethical concerns with achieving an ethnostate.
Unless of course it's borne primarily out of a need for exploitation and it's legacy is that of purposeful disenfranchisment
