The guy at the mechanics shop isn't going to wrap his head around surplus value or dialectics. But he can wrap his head around possibly organizing things with the five other guys there to better split the profits if it means higher over-all pay for the same amount of work.

It has promise. I mean, I doubt the entire Red Guard was read up on Kapital. But they all knew they were getting screwed over and wanted better for theselves and their country––if not the world. Being loud and disseminating ideas are important. In America, you have to change your dialogue a little bit due to the Mc Carthyism BS to appeal to everyone (not that we have to) just so that the message can be heard. Richard Wolff has a lot of really great videos that use 'relatable' terms. Employee instead of Proletariat and the like. For introducing more of us to our theory, approachability is important.
That being said, I'm a fan of the established dialogue and jargon, so I usually use it once I get a feeling that a person won't be alienated by it. Dialetical methods are very useful for spreading the ideology on a personal level.
