I'm 16
once I started lifting I pickedup 15 pounds
Definitely gain some weight
went from 115 to 130 in about 4 months
I think it was somwhere between 2 -4 I didnt keep track
Drink protein shakes with oatmeal and raw eggs mixed in, even throw in some peanut butter or half a bannana and blend it all up

But yeah do pushups every day and you'll be able to do more every day trust me
I used to barely do 10

like when I started I grouped it into 3d ays

back
It's carpet, and until recently we had a dog who wasn't house broken

I don't worry about grouping, I workout on all the important muscles and go on runs
