I look at it this way. I woke up and I was cold. (It’s -1 outside and my windows in my bedroom are open.) So, I went and put on a few more clothes and now I’m fine. When I get hot, I could take more clothes off, but there is a limit before it becomes obscene and illegal. Point is, when I’m hot, it takes a lot more energy and suffering to cool down. When I’m cold, it usually just takes one hoodie boi.
