Dont know where else to post. My center console is stained from sweat how do I remove it? It's not vinyl its fabric. Carpet shampoo maybe?

Replaced my 12v center console charge port with dual USB today

Plug was proprietary, but it had the right connections, so I sawed the plastic piece in half

To make it fit. Red wire contains small fuse to protect cars electronics, just in case

Bonus, vinyl wrap overtop of plasti chrome accents. A feature on most modern cars that looks cheap and gross

Anyone ever put cheap sound deadening materials in their car before?

Going to try it this week when I replace my speakers.

Never used it before, and I've had nice subs in all my vehicles. Never had that horrible rattling from the outside either.

It's just loud in the cabin. I think a nice pair set of new tires will solve a lot of the noise. I did place some material on the doors since I had the front door panels off.

It reduced noise by 3db on average. Certainly not a ton, but worth the extra 5 minutes per door.
