@Triple Hernan I think that as long as you remain in control of your masturbation habits, as long as it doesn't suck in a lot of your time, and as long as you don't use porn, then it's fine.

You shouldn't be masturbating as much as your urges tell you to do, that's for sure. But I don't think there's anything wrong with weekly, once per three days, or even daily masturbation if you're really constantly horny. You can't give into the urges though. You cannot suffer from the tyranny of desires or else it becomes harmful IMO.

If you are used to masturbating 4x a day without porn, cut to daily, and treat it like a sacred ritual. No porn, no imagination, just you doing something to keep yourself healthy and even give yourself a treat (with some restraint). Maybe even use it as a method of positive reinforcement (i.e., masturbate after going to the gym or doing daily reading, a reward for a job well done).

If you're used to masturbating 1x a day without porn, cut to every two days. etc.

And if you're masturbating often "because you're constantly horny" but you still use porn, then you don't really know much about your innate sexual drive because it's being constantly distorted by porn.
