@Jacsac Am First; it's been an on going issue. Watching on the iphone with headphones in, through a bluetooth speaker or from my kaptoo plugged into surround sound there seems to be a big disparity between the intro/outro volume and the actual show volume
lol @ that typo *laptop

can we get a sports chat?
i want to talk about MMA, boxing etc
No
i wanna talk about my sportsball and argue about which sportsnigger is best
uhh yes
Whats wrong with sports
No woman wants a man who is so uncoordinated he cant throw a baseball with his son
Sports is a bizzarre intersection between poz corporations and a celebration of fitness
Celebration of fitness is a good thing. If anything, the country needs more of it.
And everything in America is infested with poz corporations, sports are no exception
^
Worshiping the nfl is bad
Mhm. I dont want to impugn motive, but I feel like a lot of the alt rights militant opposition to sports stems from resentment of likely being unathletic in school. If that's true, I feel like there is no greater form of sklavenmoral than opposing athletics as a whole because we look up to people who display athletic prowess. I fully recognize that late stage capitalism has replaced our cultural heroes with athletes at every corner, but they does not mean that athletes are below praise.
tl;dr leave sports alone nerds
A lot of them don't actually have any politics past disliking blacks
So its unsurprising to say the least that they'd oppose sportsball in America
@BottomoftheNinth I think it is mostly because they are gay nerds
>"late stage capitalism" <:fed:402375322215120898>
I cant really come up with a better term
just busting your balls there friend
Capitalism itself is necessary because it is simply the best tool to economize resources. But how do we describe the ills of capitalism gone too far? Not only have we democratized resources, but we have democratized politics and culture as well
I feel like late stage Capt is the only way we can explain it rn. I think its cringey to use as well
read the culture industry by theodor adorno
A Marxist are you sure?
it's one of the few books I recommend from leftists
also gramsci is a good person to read too
basically a dissection of society to serve as a roadmap for subversion
useful to anybody looking to fight back
also Theodor Adorno was one of the few Marxists who was even bothered by degeneracy to any extent
though he was shortsighted enough to believe that any form of Marxist gov't and critical theory was the cure
ah okay cool
Capitalism is state sponsored usury
